Ruth represents clients in tax controversy matters. Including domestic and cross border audits, foreign trade investigations, tax treaty advice for inbound and outbound transactions, implementation and liquidation of real estate trusts and corporate tax planning.

Ruth is currently attending the Foreign Trade Program the ITESM.

Ruth recently represented a Mexican Corporate Group in the reorganization of Luxembourg subsidiaries.

Ruth has participated as speaker of taxation courses at the CCSLP
