Veronica is the Office  Manager of our firm.

She is our client development link, human resource coordinator and controller of foreign engagement involving law firms and other consultants in the US, Spain, Luxembourg and LATAM.

Veronica built her management career in the administrative departments of PEMEX, ISSTE and Federal Congress.

​

She coordinates the continuing legal, tax & accounting education of the Firm and organizes the Technical Committees where DDL participates including Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, International Fiscal Association, Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and the Academy  of Tax Accounting.

Veronica is responsible of implementing and supervising the administrative controls and utilization metrics suggest by Kerma Partners, our foreign management advisor.
